Just thougth I would post some more. Saturday I cracked the whip and purged majorly at our house. I went through tons of stuff in the attic and sent 10 bags of cloths to good will. Jay was so happy. Saturday, Aubrey went to a slumber party and I went to visit some old friends in St. Joe. We had so much fun and laughed hard. We made a vow to do it more often. The next picture is Aubrey and Nick singing at church on Sunday. Aubrey had Vacation Bible School last week and had a blast. Nick decided he needed to be up on stage also. It's not the best picture. After church we headed to Columbia, MO for a baby shower honoring my new unborn nephew Lucas Todd. My brother Todd and sister in law Michelle are expecting thier first baby boy around Sept 17th. Doesn't she look great! Aubrey and Nick can't wait. We also celebrated my brother Daniel's 24th birthday! Happy Birthday D!!!

My husband's superior intelect allowed me to get a video posted where you can hear and see Aubrey belting out her favorite Kelly Clarkson song. She is adorable! And if you didn't know, Jay is the smartest!

Hi everyone! We had a crazy busy weekend and it all started on Friday when we attended the Kelly Clarkson concert. It was so much fun. Jay had bought Aubrey and I tickets back in May and just the two of us went. Kelly is such an awesome performer. We were both singing. Aubrey would scream 'Go Kelly". I wish I could figure out how to blog video b/c I have Aubrey signing her favorite song "Since you've been gone" and it is so hilarious. Maybe I will figure it out later. It really was one of the best concerts I have ever been to!

The Ginger Purses
Hi everyone! Our family is finally all home together. Jay and the kids went to visit his dad and grandaddy in Arkansas over the weekend. They brought back some yummy Bradley County tomatoes and we have been enjoying them with every meal. Jay's Grandaddy is home and doing ok. He has to go back in a couple of weeks to get a stent removed from his liver. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. Then all of a sudden on Monday, Jay's dad started having a fever, went to the doctor and has strep throat. Jay thought it was probably time to leave so they journeyed on the 7 hour drive home late Monday night.
It has been so hot here. I thougt it would be fun to go swimming at 1:30 pm this afternoon, but the water was like bath water and the concrete kept burning our feet. So we didn't stay long!
Just wanted everyone to visit my mom and sister in law's new business website. They are hand painting fabric and then designing purses. The purses are just gorgeous, fabulous, and beautiful. They are so very talented. They have the opportunity of a life time coming up. Yallapallooza is coming to town and Jeanne's friend is in charge of the hospitality room and asked them if they would make some 15-20 purses for the country stars and artists! Isn't that awesome. They get radio air time, free tickets, and back stage passes. I begged them to get me a ticket and they did YEAH! So please visit their site and if you like pass it on to your friends!

Today Aubrey graduated from preschool
Yeah, Yeah,
Today Aubrey graduated from preschool (The Childrens Learning Center at North Kansas City Hospital). Wow who would have thought her mom would get choked up seeing her in a cap and gown. We are so proud of her. She had 30 fellow graduates. She had been talking about graduation for 3 weeks now! We had cake at the hospital and then she wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese. We ate pizza and I made her graduation cupcakes
Jay and the kids are heading to Arkansas tonight. He has a 7 hour drive, and I hope he is careful. Hope everybody is having a good week.
Love,
Janna

Our nephew John turned 7 when we were there so we
attended his birthday party at the RecPlex. It is this amazing
facility that is out of this world. The pool was so awesome, the kids had a blast!
Nick loved going down the slide.
John is growing up and loves Pirates of the Carribean.
The last picture is Jay on John's new BMX bike. Apparently Jay was quite the BMXer. He was quite confident he could do some tricks on it. It was hilarious to see him try to pop wheelys (sp?) and skid out. He then got to give all the kids rides on the back which they loved. Oh the days when we were young.

Are you tired of the pictures? James Ryan and Nick are quite the little boys. Nick reverted back to biting last week and James Ryan had a 4-5 bite bruises on his face and Nick had quite a few scratch marks on his face also. They really had fun though. They fit perfectly in Papa's gun case. They would hide in there and just laugh so hard.
The next picture is our annual 4th of July picture. Every year we all get matching 4th of July t-shirts and every year someone makes fun. It is usually Sloan and Jay, but we make them do it anyway!
The next picture is of the cove on the 4th of July. We took the boat out and went to Kimberling City to watch the fireworks. It had rained all day and was very humid. I thought the fog coming off the water was a neat shot.
Ok more to come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We were kind of dorky tourist in Springfield! We went to Bass Pro as you can see Aubrey and Nick sitting with the large bear. Then we went to Grizzly, which is a big tool place Jay has always wanted to go to. Grizzly has very large and expensive tools. We then went to the Fantastic Caverns. I have been around Jay for the past 12 years and every time we go down south I always wonder about the caves. You see I never have been in a cave. Jay was appalled and proceeded to call my brothers and ask them if we did as kids and they said "No". Todd and Daniel had only been into caves as adults. My mom was clausterphobic and never wanted to go into caves when we went on family vacations, so Jay said "Lets go" $36 later, we toured the largest cave in Missouri. It was very interesting and educational and I am glad I finally got to experience it. Needless to say, I don't have the urge to do it every year.
Ok I have not figured out how to post more that 4 photos, so i will make more posts.
Hi everyone, We are finally home! We were gone 10 days. We had a great time. The first picture shows our 4th of July pedicure job. Notice the red, white, and blue. How patriotic, right!
We went to Jay's mom's house at Tablerock lake and had so much fun. They bought a new boat called the Neptoon tri-toon. It was so cool, and it held everyone. The kids were able to move about and it was very smooth riding.
Jay, Nick, Uncle Sloan and James Ryan rode the Titanic tube. Nick had so much fun, he kept laughing and flying back into the middle of the tube. He said "it go bump, bump"
The last picture is of Aunt Kari, Madeline, Aubrey and Nana. This is a great picture b/c we had the discussion about Grandmas. Madeline said that Grandma's have white hair, don't walk very good or with a cane, and walk with their booty's in the air, but they do not ride tubes. Nana was going to prove Madeline wrong. It was great!
Will post more later!
Love, Janna
