Well we are staying up too late packing for the trip. Eleven days off. We are so excited. We are headed to Branson. I am definately overpacking but it is really hard to pack 4 people lightly. Jay's Dad is turning 60, and we are going to have a birthday party for him. When I was a kid, my dad would give me and my brothers $20 each and we got to buy our own fireworks. We were reminiscing (sp?) about how we would have roman candle and bottle rocket fights. Gosh it a miracle we are still alive. Aubrey and Nick get $10 each to get smoke bombs, sparklers, snakes, and snappers. I am sure the price will go up as they get older! Hope everyone has a great, happy, and safe 4th of July!

Hi all, We went to the Liberty Community Fourth of July Fireworks display at Hallmark. It was a great show of fireworks and we enjoyed the as Aubrey puts it "United States Music"

The other pictures are of Nick wearing his favorite shoes around the house. He wears them everywear. It is really quite hillarious. He clugs around on the hardwood floors acting like its completely normal. 3 more days until family vacation!

swimming pool

We went to the pool yesterday and Aubrey begged her dad to go so he could throw her up in the air. We tried to get a good picture. She tries to do the splits and touch her toes. Nick didn't like it so well, you can see the fear in his eyes. Posted by Picasa

Train in Liberty

The spirt of New Orleans was in Liberty and headed to Kearney. Nick loves trains so we went to visit. He says "It too loud" They were able to get up into the engine and pull the horn. We didn't realize how big the train was!
